Your Sixth Sense: Learn the Tarot 1: 9/30/10 6:30-8:30, 1-night

You have a sixth sense. The power is tucked away in your unconscious. Gifted people can readily retrieve those unconscious visions and feelings, but most people need to practice techniques to access the power. One of the most powerful and ancient tools is the Tarot, a variation of today’s playing cards whose images stimulate your imagination and bring intuition to the surface. When you learn this skill, you will unearth an extraordinary knowing that you never thought possible. But the Tarot is not only for psychic power, it was probably a story-telling game of the ancients, rich with myth and in many ways more vivid than written texts, because it communicates with archetypal symbols which form the language of the psyche. In this evening workshop, you will gain a rudimentary understanding of the Tarot. Everyone will do mini readings on each other and you will leave with an experience you will never forget.

Your Sixth Sense: Learn the Tarot II: 10/14/10 6:30-8:30 pm, 1-night

The more you understand the Tarot, the richer will be your inner visions and the stronger your intuition. In this evening workshop, your ability to use the Tarot will take a profound leap, as will your intuition. We’ll practice reading each other, guided by a gifted Tarot master. In the way that an introductory language course gives you a rudimentary ability to converse, this workshop will give you a working knowledge of the Tarot, and the power of psychic insight.

Did you know that there is a large body of quality research that validates the existence of the sixth sense? Psychologists call it "anomalous cognition." Psychiatrist Elizabeth Mayer called it “extraordinary knowing.” Whatever you call it, it has been researched for over 40 years at such institutions as Princeton, Stanford, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Recent In this class, we’ll take a look at some of the evidence. We’ll also discuss the theories as to how anomalous cognition is possible, all in lay terms. Finally we’ll talk about why such compelling evidence is generally not accepted by mainstream scientific community. Bring an open and inquisitive mind.

See Clairvoyantly from Your Imagination: 2-nights, 10/28 & 11/4 6:30-8:30

Did you know that psychic visions come from your imagination? We experience them involuntarily at night when we dream. But you can evoke them at will when you’re awake, provided you know how. Everyone has this ability, and like learning to draw, anyone can become skillful at it. This class introduces you to some of the techniques that clairvoyants use to “see.” We’ll use meditation and guided imagery to hone your skill, as well as some other tricks of the trade. We’ll practice on each other and enjoy some profound insights about ourselves as well. Come with an open mind and a willingness to journey into a whole new world.
